Dictation: With our medical transcription services, physicians can dictate patient encounters from anywhere in the world using a touch-tone telephone.
  • Digital keypad controls customized for record, playback, rewind, fast forward, insert, and interrupt.
  • Dictation from any touch-tone telephone in the office, home, etc.
  • Dictation is released, routed, and electronically prioritized to keep your workflow efficient, even if away.
Physicians can complete dictation using this user-friendly technology. Interactive prompts and keypad functions are customizable for ease of use.

Keypad functions operate similar to the hand-held tape recorders, allowing physicians to record, rewind, playback, fast forward, insert, interrupt, append, without additional training.


Turnaround Time: Your dictation is electronically prioritized and routed to our professional team of medical transcriptionists to be transcribed according to your turnaround time requirements.
